Typical Cache Issue with BMC Remedy Midtier

1. Stop ARServer and Web servers
2. Delete Cache folder in Midtier file system.
3. Delete Viewstats.dat and Viewstats.dat.bak in WEB-INF/Classes in Midtier file system.
4. Delete'arsys' work folder in web server progarm files.
5. Restart Remedy and then web servers.
